What does that cover?
All preparation and facilitation work including:
- Initial contact sessions with all parties to explain the process
- Coordination of subsequent meetings
- Individual meetings with each party to explore the issue in depth
- Facilitation of the joint meeting(s)
- Written confirmation of any agreements made
- Follow up contact with the individuals and/or business, where agreed
What isn’t included?
- Meeting room hire
- Travel costs e.g. train tickets, accommodation, parking charges
- Additional expenses
Meeting rooms can be arranged and invoiced, subject to an administration fee of £50 (plus VAT).
Additional sessions are charged at £135 (plus VAT) per hour.
Team issues (involving three or more parties)
The nature and complexity of team mediation issues varies considerably. Please contact me for a quote.
Other Services
Facilitated conversations and individual conflict coaching sessions are both charged at £135 (plus VAT) per hour.
